Due to the evolving Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation, the Organising Committee of AGOSCI Conference 2021 have made the difficult decision to postpone the Conference until 2022. The new dates of the Conference will be 17 – 20 August 2022 and will still be held at Hotel Grand Chancellor Hobart.
While we have a fantastic program including incredible speakers and panellists, the COVID-19 situation across Australia is not stable and will undoubtedly impact on attendance. Although holding a virtual or hybrid Conference was considered, we felt strongly that this Conference should be held in-person so that delegates can connect and network in the AGOSCI way. In addition, protecting members of our community was also a key impetus to this postponement.
If you are a delegate, presenter or sponsor, please be aware that we have emailed you on the next steps. If you have not received this email yet, please contact the Conference Managers directly.
If you have any questions that have not been answered, please give us a call on +61 2 9265 0700 or email us at email@example.com for accommodation and registration queries, or firstname.lastname@example.org for all other enquiries.
Thank you for supporting the AGOSCI Conference. Please ensure you save the new dates in your calendar, and we look forward to seeing you in Hobart in 2022!
